The client wanted a blend of music and live performance that kept guests guessing, “What’s next?” Coordinating rehearsals around the demanding schedules of 50 doctors, nurses, and administrators was no small task. The wide age range and varying levels of dance experience among participants added another layer of complexity for choreography. In addition, synchronizing a music video with a live flash mob performance without disrupting hospital operations required careful planning. Filming the music video on-site also had to be done efficiently to avoid interrupting daily hospital routines.

We created a four-song mashup for the hospital fundraiser music video that tied into the gala’s theme and complemented a Beatles Tribute band. The choreography was designed to be fun, visually impactful, and easy to follow, ensuring all participants, regardless of age or dance experience, could perform confidently.
To streamline filming, we selected a low-traffic area of the hospital that would not interfere with daily operations. For participants who could not attend rehearsals, we provided instructional videos so they could practice at their convenience. Additionally, we brought in ten professional dancers for the live performance to elevate the energy and create a memorable spectacle for guests.
