From start to finish, NYX Entertainment was phenomenal. They provided the MC, DJ, party dancers, and a photo booth with attendant for our daughter Delilah’s Sneaker-themed Bat Mitzvah, and the entire production completely exceeded our expectations.

There were a lot of moving parts for our unconventional grand arrival to the ceremony by boat, so we had a longer processional than most- and the NYX team coordinated the ceremony music timing perfectly to where it was a flawless production.
Everyone loved the DJ, he kept the crowd engaged and dancing. Special effects throughout were so fun, as were the surprise glow sticks. And the Photo Booth was also such a fun touch!
Loved that Kitty was able to sit back and relax on her big day, thanks to the NYX team. I’d recommend Howie and his team for any special event!

Do you only serve the DC/Maryland/Virginia area?
How far in advance should I book NYX for my event?
Our booking windows are flexible, generally ranging from 12 to 36 months depending on the scale of your celebration. For mitzvahs, you will want your entertainment booked 1 to 3 years out as our MCs are in high demand. For corporate events, we recommend booking 6 months to 1 year in advance. For weddings and other social events, book 12 to 18 months out. Remember our golden rule for planning: Step 1 is locking in your date and venue. Step 2 is calling us to secure your entertainment.
Can I customize the entertainment and production package?
Absolutely! Every event is tailored to your vision and budget. From the entertainment acts to the music, lighting and decor. We’ll design, curate and deliver a bespoke package that suits your needs perfectly in every way.

Our team handles setup and strike with seamless coordination. We coordinate load-in times ahead of schedule with your venue and planner, conduct rigorous quality checks on all aspects of our production gear, and ensure our production team is on-site hours before the event start time to install and test all equipment. All you have to do is show up and enjoy the party.
