Program Terms & Conditions
- Client referral source must be confirmed at initial consultation (no exceptions).
- Only one referral source per client (no exceptions).
- Rewards earned toward upgrades may only be applied to your specific event contract.
- Rewards are not applicable toward “Additional Services” provided by another company or outside agency.
- All upgrades must be requested & confirmed by NYX at least 90 days prior to event date.
- All upgrades are based on availability.
- Rewards expire 30 days prior to event date.
- Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
- Rewards cannot be used toward Emcee talent exchange.
- NYX reserves the right to make changes or substitutions at any time.
- Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- All NYX reward decisions are final.
